Everyone prefers natural remedies to get rid of bed bugs, also because they tend to be less toxic. The main problem is that natural pesticides are not as good at killing bed bugs as synthetic pesticides or heat treatment.
Some natural remedies can kill bed bugs, but they will not eliminate infestations completely. Bleach, tea tree oil, and diatomaceous earth kill bed bugs on contact, but they are not useful in killing "hidden" bed bugs and their eggs.
No natural remedy is as good as pesticides or heat treatment. Natural remedies are better at killing small infestations than large ones. But even then, pesticides and exterminators are more useful.
