What should I do after being wrongful terminated?

If I were the one "incorrectly" fired, I would follow these steps.

Step - 1: INTROSPECTION

List all the points that make up the fact that I was wrongfully terminated, and then connect with an informed professional and discuss whether or not I was actually wrongfully terminated. Sometimes, due to ego/personal perspective, we often see things from our perspective and deny the truth.

Step - 2: PROFESSIONAL RESPONSE

If I were in fact mistakenly terminated, I would contact the organization's human resources department and, if requested, management to discuss the matter and provide a justification.

Step - 3: DEFEND BY THE LAW

If the meeting with HR and management fails, I would like to review the appointment or employment contract and discuss the necessary steps with an attorney.

The fact is that "wrongful termination" does happen, and as an employee, it's important to approach the situation positively with professionalism rather than being emotional. The "termination" is a negative event that can add a "black spot" to the race and therefore must be defended. Our reason for parting ways with a company is like a credit score report for the next employer to make a decision on.

Before starting a job, always read the "Termination Clause" in the nomination/employment contract and discuss the process for defending an "unlawful termination" under company policy.
